Originally from Campania, Attilio Marrazzo crafts a cuisine where Italian traditions meet the refinement of French haute cuisine, guided by the passing seasons and an uncompromising selection of exceptional produce. Trained alongside leading figures of the culinary world, including Sergio Mei and Joël Robuchon, the chef has developed a signature style that is elegant, sincere, and deeply human. Already shared across his establishments in Paris and Briollay, his cuisine is expressed with precision, sensitivity, and generosity – the simple pleasure of welcoming others.
