4.3 Pricing and Payment

Prices are in euros, VAT included. Tourist tax is additional.

Full payment is required at booking. Payments via secure Mews Systems.

No banking data is stored by Château du Portereau.

4.4 Cancellation Policy

Flexible rate:

• Free cancellation until 4:00 PM (French time) the day before arrival

• After that: full charge

Non-refundable rate:

• No refund under any circumstances

Modifications:

• Subject to availability and possible price adjustment

4.5 No-show

First night charged; remaining balance refunded within 14 working days.

4.6 Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in: from 4:00 PM

• Check-out: until 12:00 PM

4.7 Pets

Pets allowed:

• €25 per night per pet

• Max 20 kg

• Max 2 dogs per room

4.8 Customer Obligations

• Proper use of premises

4.9 Liability

No liability for theft or damage to personal belongings. Safe available in rooms.
